Pomegranates

🔴 I love pomegranates! The red in the fruit is amazing. I painted this from life with some green velvet for a background. Oil on panel 20x15cm (8x6 inches), daily painting #155. Sold.

Welcome! My name is Philine van der Vegte, and I paint what I see. The paintings you will find here are fairly realistic, in a loose style. The subjects are close to home; small things from the kitchen or garden, farm animals and Dutch landscapes. I love to paint people and will gladly do a portrait for you.
